At Cool Kids Academy, developed by Pomelos Dev, we take your family's safety and privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information of parents and children in our web platform and mobile app.

Parent/Guardian: Manages the account, adds children's profiles, and manages limits.
Child/Student: Only interacts with local lessons and educational games.
Teacher: Optional. Creates classrooms and manages the progress of assigned students.

- Account information (name, email, login method).
- Billing data (securely processed by Stripe and Google Play Billing).
B. Children's Data (Profiles)
- Profile name (can be a nickname or arbitrary alias).
- Age or birth year (exclusively used to adapt educational content).
- School metrics (lesson progress, stars, stickers earned, and minutes of use).
C. Technical and Server Data
- Unique device identifier (deviceId) to sync progress.
- API performance logs and crash/error reports.
- Essential functionality cookies (language and session token).

All data transmitted between the Godot application and our Next.js server is encrypted using HTTPS. Database storage is physically protected with strict network access controls.
