Made-to-order products
All our products are manufactured on demand specifically for each order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or customer errors.
Replacements for damaged or defective items
We offer free reprints or replacements only in the following cases:
- Damaged product
- Printing error
- Wrong item received

Monetary refunds are not guaranteed and will only be evaluated in exceptional cases. When a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method.

Lost shipments
If an order is lost during shipping and confirmed by the carrier, we will arrange a reshipment at no additional cost.
