Request the permanent deletion of your Cool Friends account and associated data
We value your privacy. In compliance with Google Play Developer policies, we provide this page so you can easily request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal and kid data from our platform, Cool Kids Academy.
Warning: Permanent Action
Deleting your account is permanent. Once processed, all profiles, stars, progress, stickers, and credentials will be completely and irrevocably deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Parent account profile (email, name, OAuth credentials, and avatars).
- Children profiles (names/aliases, age, and avatars).
- Educational progress metrics (lessons completed, levels played, stars, stickers, and screen time configuration).
- Classroom assignments, school metrics, and telemetry records.
- Notification settings and API telemetry history.
Data We Are Required to Keep
We retain billing invoices, payment transaction records, and subscription status history solely for tax, billing, and accounting compliance purposes as required by law.
Retention & Processing Period
Deletion requested in-app or via authenticated web login is executed immediately. Deletion requested via the manual form below will be processed and finalized within 48 hours.
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: In the Mobile App (Instant & Secure)
Open the Cool Friends app on your device.
Tap the Parents Hub icon.
Navigate to the 'Account' section and select 'Delete Account'.
Option 2: Log In & Delete (Instant & Secure)
If you remember your login credentials, sign in to delete your account instantly.
Option 3: Manual Request Form
If you no longer have the app installed or cannot log in, enter your registered email below to request manual deletion. Note: For security reasons, we will verify your identity via email prior to deletion.
